The summer may be ending, but the momentum of the Epirus DAO keeps building. Here’s everything that happened between July and September 2025 — from lakeside conversations to national community meetups.
Epirus DAO Café Meetup – July 1st, Ioannina
We kicked off the summer with a relaxed café meetup at Skala, one of the most iconic spots in Ioannina.
Under the trees and by the lake, DAO members and newcomers joined in for friendly conversations about blockchain, Web3, and where the future is headed. It was our first informal public gathering since our launch event in June, and we’re grateful for the warmth and curiosity that filled the space.
Summer Meetup in Preveza – July 20th
What better way to celebrate community than a swim and a DAO meetup?
n the heart of summer, we met at Nikopolis Club, just outside Preveza, combining sun, sea, and blockchain conversations.
The perfect setting for relaxed networking and new friendships — it showed us that the Epirus DAO spirit travels easily beyond Ioannina.
XRPL Meetup – Thessaloniki, September
Members of the Epirus DAO attended the XRPL Meetup: The Future of Onchain Finance – Greek Edition in Thessaloniki, hosted at Daios Luxury Living Hotel.
The event brought together developers, founders, and blockchain enthusiasts from across Greece. Key topics included:
- XRPL Commons and the Aquarium Residency
- Anodos’ vision for real-world DeFi use cases
- Fortstock’s tokenization economy insights
- Bitget and Bitget Wallet community updates
It was a night full of knowledge, networking, and new ideas around onchain finance — exactly the kind of community-building we want to be part of.
