Welcome to Epirus DAO (“DAO”,). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using or interacting with any part of our website and its subdomains (collectively referred to as the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available, you confirm that (1) you have read and understood these Terms, (2) you accept and agree to be bound by them, and (3) you accept any additional terms, rules, and conditions that may be issued from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Website.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Service is at your own risk. Epirus DAO is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss, service interruptions, technical issues, or access failures.
Membership and Participation in Epirus DAO
The DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization managed by its community. Membership is granted through the Epirus DAO Membership NFT, a cryptographic governance token that operates as part of an autonomous system of smart contracts. Holders of the Membership NFT can collectively participate in the governance of Epirus DAO, including voting on investment opportunities in assets (the “Voting”).
The Website, Voting Contracts, and any other tools or services offered collectively constitute the “Service”.
Note: The use of the Service involves significant risks. The Website and Voting Contracts are experimental prototypes and may result in the complete loss of your funds.
By holding the Membership NFT, you agree to the terms of the DAO’s operating agreement, a copy of which is available upon request at contact@epirusdao.com.
Privacy Policy
Use of the Website is subject to the Privacy Policy. By using it, you consent to the use of your data in accordance with this policy.
Eligibility
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement and that you are of legal age according to the laws of your jurisdiction. You also assume responsibility for complying with the laws of your area.
Representations, Warranties, and Risks
No warranties or representations are provided. The use of the Service involves significant risks, including technical errors, losses due to hacking, regulatory changes, cryptographic issues, and others.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Epirus DAO Members and affiliated entities for any damages, claims, costs, or expenses arising from violations of the Terms or laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the Service is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to the DAO or its licensors. Reproduction or modification without appropriate permission is prohibited.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content and do not endorse them.
No Third-Party Rights
These Terms do not create rights for third parties.
Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you may contact us via email at contact@epirusdao.com, providing specific information.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
In case of disputes, the parties commit to attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration based on the DAO’s operating agreement.
General Information
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Any claims must be submitted within one year.
Prohibited Uses
Use of the Service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities, as well as violations of intellectual property rights, is prohibited.
Termination and Suspension
Epirus DAO may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice in case of violation of the Terms.
Modification of Terms of Use
These Terms may be modified or replaced at our discretion at any time. The most recent version will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
